Role Overview
As a Fleet Operations Driver, you will play a pivotal role in managing the deployment and maintenance of e-scooters throughout the city. Your tasks will ensure e-scooters are conveniently available, fully charged, and safe for users, maintaining a clutter-free urban environment. Additionally, you will handle the retrieval and transportation of inactive or damaged scooters for repair.
Main Responsibilities
- Operate vans to distribute e-scooters and conduct battery swaps.
- Ensure scooters are parked tidily, keeping sidewalks and streets unobstructed.
- Locate lost scooters, assess their condition, and either redeploy them or return them to the warehouse.
- Perform minor on-site repairs to enhance fleet availability.
- Provide support to the warehouse operations team when required.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a valid EU B driving license with the ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Experienced, dependable driver familiar with the local area, prioritizing safety and reliability.
- Proactive and responsible with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Good English communication skills and comfortable using smartphones and mechanical tools.
