Role Overview

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join Triven’s team. The primary responsibilities include performing and supporting daily routines such as accounts payable and receivable, cash flow monitoring, and certain administrative tasks for our clients.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in service companies in similar roles.
• Proven knowledge of financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, billing, and cash flow management.
• Understanding of key fiscal and accounting concepts relevant to financial routines.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets features such as pivot tables, formulas, charts, data analysis, and automation including macros.
• Familiarity with the Google Workspace suite.
• Knowledge of SaaS financial tools and their practical application in financial management.
• Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools for process optimization, information analysis, and productivity improvement.

Additional Requirements

• Education: Currently enrolled or graduated in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
• Familiarity with the startup ecosystem, its dynamics, and challenges.
• Experience working remotely in distributed teams.
• Intermediate English proficiency is an advantage.
