Job description
Overview
Vistas Global is seeking a skilled Finance Manager to oversee financial operations for the Hayyoh Loyalty Program in Doha, Qatar. This leadership role involves comprehensive management of the finance function, including planning, budgeting, accounting, compliance, risk management, and a close partnership with all business units involved in the loyalty program.
Key Duties
- Direct overall finance activities for the loyalty program, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate records.
- Guide financial strategy development, overseeing the implementation of effective plans and forecasts aligned with organizational goals.
- Take charge of the entire budgeting cycle, from annual budget creation to detailed variance analysis and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Produce and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to ensure a clear, accurate reporting process.
- Supervise general ledger integrity, review journal postings, and oversee period-end closing procedures for compliance and accuracy.
- Monitor, forecast, and optimize cash flow, while maintaining sufficient liquidity and supporting treasury functions.
- Oversee financial aspects unique to the loyalty program, including liability and cost tracking for reward points, financial exposure analysis, and specific reporting requirements.
- Ensure strict adherence to IFRS and other regulations, supporting both internal and external audits, and assisting in policy and control framework development.
- Identify financial risks, conduct assessments, and implement mitigation strategies to strengthen internal controls and compliance.
- Deliver commercial finance support for procurement, contract review, business analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Administer invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
- Foster effective collaboration and communication with internal teams, management, auditors, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a closely related field.
- Professional credentials such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are strongly preferred.
- At least 7 to 10 years of proven experience in financial management, with solid expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit management, ERP tools, and leading finance operations.

- This is a full-time, onsite role based in Doha, Qatar.
- Applicants must demonstrate hands-on experience using ERP systems and a comprehensive understanding of IFRS and regulatory requirements relevant to large-scale loyalty programs.
