Key Duties

• Collaborate with department managers and senior executives to offer financial advice and support.
• Provide detailed financial analysis, reporting, and performance evaluations.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial plans.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to recognise trends, assess risks, and uncover opportunities.
• Influence and challenge business decisions by presenting data-backed recommendations.
• Create financial models and business cases for strategic projects.
• Ensure adherence to financial controls and governance standards.
• Communicate financial data effectively to both financial experts and non-financial stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a professional accounting qualification with at least two years post-qualification experience (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
• Demonstrates solid experience in roles such as Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance, or Management Accounting.
• Exhibits strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Possesses excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Has the confidence to provide constructive challenges to decision-makers.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial reporting systems.
• Adopts a commercial mindset, able to convert financial information into practical insights.
