Finance Analyst

Position Overview

Domino’s UK & Ireland is seeking a Finance Analyst to join their Milton Keynes head office team. This role is integral to delivering insightful financial analysis that aids in understanding and improving the company’s performance. The successful candidate will work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment that champions collaboration and impact-driven work.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts including detailed reporting and variance analysis of cost centres.
• Manage accruals, prepayments, and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting exercises, encompassing cost centre planning and consolidation.
• Provide clear, insightful financial reports that support strategic decision-making across various departments.
• Partner collaboratively with business stakeholders to explain cost drivers and financial performance.
• Support payroll reconciliations, audits, and group-level reporting activities.
• Drive continuous improvements in financial reporting, processes, and data integrity.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two years’ experience as a Financial Analyst, with hands-on exposure to accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Currently pursuing a professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Solid understanding of management accounting practices, particularly variance analysis and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications, emphasizing precision and attention to detail.
• Experience operating ERP systems, for example Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Ability to communicate financial data effectively to both finance and non-finance audiences.
• Demonstrates a proactive, organized approach with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
