Field Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a Field Sales Executive to join our team in Chandigarh. The core responsibility is to onboard shops and merchants to PhonePe, promoting our QR Code, Soundbox, and other merchant services. The role focuses on expanding the business by adding new merchants, achieving daily sales targets through field visits, and maintaining strong relationships with merchants.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with local businesses and merchants to secure new customers.
• Market and sell smart speakers and scanners within the assigned territory.
• Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and the added value to merchants' businesses.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
• Develop and sustain healthy relationships with merchants to encourage repeat business and referrals.
