Field Collection Executive

Job Role Overview

We are seeking a diligent Field Collection Executive to join our team at P & M Relationship Management Private Limited based in the Delhi-NCR region. This role involves direct engagement with company members, facilitating cash and cheque collection, as well as managing related administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled visits to members as directed by the sales department.
• Handle collection of payments in cash or cheque format on behalf of the company.
• Visit banking institutions to deposit collected cash or cheques promptly and securely.
• Assist members by downloading and installing the membership application on their mobile devices when necessary.
• Strictly adhere to company policies, guidelines, and regulatory procedures throughout all activities.

Mandatory Requirements

• Possession and operational knowledge of a two-wheeler vehicle are compulsory for performing job duties effectively in the field.
