Role Overview

As a Facility Engineer based in Ras Al Khaimah, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous, efficient functioning and maintenance of company facilities, systems, and equipment. You will work closely with vendors and service providers to maintain operational standards and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed project plans indicating goals, schedules, and key milestones to effectively manage facility projects.
• Collaborate with departments to efficiently allocate resources, managing projects within budget and timelines.
• Maintain precise documentation of maintenance, repairs, and expenses; assess quotations for paid services.
• Produce routine reports tracking project progress and performance indicators.
• Guarantee that all facilities have necessary safety equipment and that personnel are trained appropriately.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and oversee change management.
• Supervise and manage facility maintenance teams, contractors, and external vendors.
• Perform routine inspections to detect hazards and ensure adherence to government and industry regulations.
• Provide responsive management of facility-related complaints 24/7.
• Engage and coordinate with government bodies as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Facility Management or Restoration work.
• In-depth understanding of Facilities Engineering and renovation processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and documentation requirements for facilities management.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Facilities Management is preferred.
