The position is based in Perungulathur, Chennai, operating from the office with night rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs. The company provides free two-way cab services for employees working night shifts.

Candidate Profile and Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Exhibit enthusiasm, curiosity, and a strong passion for supporting customers.
• Accept night shift rotational work schedules with corresponding weekly offs.
• Maintain professionalism and clear articulation while interacting with customers.

Eligibility and Qualifications

• Applicants with a High School diploma, diploma, or any graduation level are eligible.
• No graduation degree is required to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary ranges from INR 270,000 to INR 350,000 per annum depending on experience.
• Transport allowance between INR 1,700 to INR 3,500 per month is provided if not using company transport.
• Free cab transport provided for night shift employees.
