This role involves ensuring timely preparation and delivery of orders that meet our high standards, including the preparation and packaging of take-out orders. Expeditors are expected to be organized, efficient, professional, polite, and dependable, delivering memorable dining experiences through warm, engaging interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate smooth communication and order flow between the kitchen and customers
• Ensure food orders are prepared quickly, accurately, and to company quality standards
• Package and prepare take-out orders while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Maintain professional and courteous interactions with guests

Required Skills and Expectations

• Ability to follow directions and collaborate effectively within a team
• Perform well under pressure while maintaining composure
• Dedication to service quality and knowledge of food and beverage items
• Understanding and compliance with safety, sanitation, and food handling protocols
• Proficiency in basic English and professional communication

Physical Requirements

• Capable of lifting up to 15 pounds independently for extended periods
• Able to stand, walk, climb stairs, and carry items throughout shifts of 8-10 hours
• Possess good hand-eye coordination and flexibility including reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting overhead
• Ability to navigate stairs in multi-level restaurant environments
