Role Overview
This fully remote Executive Assistant position involves providing comprehensive administrative and organisational support to senior leadership. Key duties include calendar management for Directors, scheduling meetings, and preparing various documents, presentations, and reports. The role also entails drafting correspondence, managing email communication, coordinating with internal and external parties, and ensuring timely follow-ups on critical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars for senior executives and organize meetings efficiently.
- Prepare documentation, presentations, and reports as required.
- Draft professional correspondence and handle email communications.
- Coordinate interactions with stakeholders both inside and outside the organisation.
- Follow up on important actions and deadlines to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to the enhancement of administrative workflows and provide proactive executive assistance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong administrative skills including document preparation, record maintenance, and prioritising tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, able to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient with office software such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience working remotely is beneficial but not mandatory.

This position is open to various candidates such as recent high school graduates, current university students, individuals seeking a less intensive workload, or those re-entering the workforce. The initial weeks will involve extensive learning about the Australian General Practice sector, including interactions with Doctors and Practice Owners, and gaining knowledge about Medicare, AHPRA, and the broader industry.
The role offers flexible working arrangements with options for both full-time and part-time commitments, supported by a salary of $75,000 per annum on a pro-rata basis when applicable.
