About the Role
We are collaborating with a prominent private equity firm to hire an Executive Assistant dedicated to supporting one of the firm's Co-Founders. This role offers an opportunity to join a collaborative team assisting a renowned investor engaged in a dynamic and fast-paced environment globally.
The Co-Founder travels extensively, spending around 90% of his time traveling, relying on a team of Executive Assistants who act as proactive partners. This position demands someone who is anticipatory, solution-focused, and proactive in adapting to an ever-changing setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing complex, frequently changing calendars.
- Organizing meetings, virtual calls, conferences, and associated logistics.
- Anticipating scheduling conflicts and offering proactive solutions.
- Coordinating extensive domestic and international travel plans with the travel team.
- Handling restaurant bookings, transportation, and urgent last-minute logistics.
- Preparing detailed itineraries and accommodating dynamic travel arrangements.
- Developing strong relationships with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Collaborating closely with fellow Executive Assistants to provide seamless support.
- Responding promptly and effectively to urgent requests.
- Serving as a trusted business partner and extension of senior leadership.

Candidate Profile
- 3 to 7 years of Executive Assistant experience preferred.
- Background in supporting senior executives within fast-moving environments.
- Experience in financial services, private equity, investment banking, consulting, or professional services is advantageous.
- Excellent calendar and schedule management skills.
- Adept at adjusting to shifting priorities and urgent requests.
- Highly detail-oriented and exceptionally organized.
- Positive, adaptable, and collaborative work approach.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proactive mindset able to foresee needs and recommend solutions.
- Sound judgment with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range between $80,000 and $130,000 annually.
