We are seeking a seasoned Event Supervisor with substantial expertise in managing events to join our team. This role involves overseeing all phases of event planning, coordination, and execution to ensure flawless operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise event planning, coordination, and implementation processes
- Collaborate effectively with vendors, staff, and coordinate event-related activities
- Guarantee seamless event operations both before and during events
- Perform planning and preparatory tasks remotely
- Attend the primary event on-site once each month for supervision
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in event management
- Strong organizational capabilities and excellent communication skills
- Competence to operate autonomously and remotely

- Availability for monthly on-site supervision
