ESL Tutor - AI Trainer

About the Role

We are seeking a current ESL Tutor to contribute to refining AI models by assessing the performance of AI chatbots. This position involves analyzing the logic and outputs of chatbots to enhance model accuracy and overall quality.

Responsibilities

• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review their delivered content.
• Assess the accuracy and effectiveness of AI-generated outputs to ensure quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English at a native or equivalent bilingual level.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent command over grammar, style, and brand tone.
• Background in communications, journalism, or similar fields preferred.
• Holding a Bachelor's degree, pursuing one, or having relevant experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Additional Information

• Flexible project selection and scheduling, enabling work from home using personal equipment.
• Compensation ranges between $25 to $30+ per hour, with potential bonus rates for certain projects.
• Payments are processed through PayPal; applicants will not be asked for any fees.
• This role is exclusively open to candidates residing in New Zealand and operates as an independent contractor position.
