Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing customer engagement and promotional campaigns.
• Represent client brands professionally, fostering trust through conversations.
• Build and sustain strong face-to-face customer relationships.
• Participate in structured training and coaching sessions to speed up your growth.
• Contribute actively in team meetings and gradually support onboarding and mentoring of new members.

• Progressively assume greater responsibilities as capabilities improve.

Compensation Details

Annual on-target earnings range between £36,000 and £45,000+, with uncapped commission potential. All team members are self-employed and compensated according to their results without arbitrary limits. Everyone starts with equal earning potential and support, regardless of background or experience.

Additional Information
