Entry-Level Analyst

About the Role

EG Conley, PC is a growing regional CPA firm seeking a motivated Entry-Level Analyst to enhance our team. This opportunity is well suited for recent graduates or professionals early in their careers who have excelled academically and are committed to pursuing CPA licensure with plans to sit for the CPA exam.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation and analysis of financial statements
• Assist tax, audit, and advisory groups by conducting research and analyzing data
• Prepare workpapers, schedules, and client deliverables accurately
• Conduct basic financial modeling and variance evaluations
• Collect, organize, and validate client-related information
• Participate actively in client meetings and internal strategic sessions
• Acquire knowledge of firm systems, protocols, and professional standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• Excellent academic performance
• Currently pursuing CPA certification and intending to take the CPA exam
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office suite
• Effective written and verbal communication capabilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
