Responsibilities
- Deliver administrative support to managers, departments, and team members.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Keep physical and digital records, files, and documentation systematically organized and updated.
- Assist with data input, report preparation, document creation, and spreadsheet maintenance.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars as required.
- Prepare internal communications and various office documents for distribution.
- Manage office supply inventories, filing, and other general administrative duties.
- Support special projects and perform other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Completion of high school diploma, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- High attention to detail with accuracy in tasks.
- Ability to manage priorities and multitask effectively.
- Enthusiasm for learning, adapting, and professional growth.
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or office settings is beneficial but not mandatory.
