Role Overview

We are looking for an imaginative, employee-focused, and strategic Employee Engagement, Culture and Employer Branding Manager. You will be responsible for crafting and implementing programs that boost employee engagement, nurture organizational culture, and position the company as a preferred employer. Your role will encompass developing engagement initiatives, managing internal communications, spearheading employer branding efforts, and organizing culture-enhancing activities.

Key Duties

  • Devise and implement engagement strategies aligning with corporate priorities and core values.
  • Plan and run programs such as recognition schemes, wellness activities, cultural celebrations, and awareness campaigns.
  • Organize monthly engagement schedules, town hall meetings, leadership interactions, values-driven campaigns and quarterly newsletters.
