E-Commerce Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused individual to oversee our e-commerce activities. This position requires managing operations across online marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, and others, ensuring efficient order processing and warehouse coordination to facilitate timely dispatch and fulfillment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings, prices, stock levels, and images across e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
• Run promotional campaigns and advertising strategies on these marketplaces to boost sales.
• Liaise with marketplace support teams for claims, reimbursements, and resolving any operational issues.
• Track and analyze sales data, customer reviews, and ratings to gauge performance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock reconciliation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or other e-commerce platform management tools.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
• Strong multitasking abilities and capability to adhere to deadlines.
• Graduate degree in Commerce, Business, or related disciplines.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
