E-Commerce Executive – Flipkart & Firstcry

Job Overview

JD Fresh is seeking a motivated and efficient E-Commerce Executive to handle marketplace operations for Flipkart and Firstcry. The position is based at Kathwada, Ahmedabad and demands direct onsite involvement with candidates ideally having over two years of related experience. The role offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000.

Key Duties

• Oversee product listings, catalog management, and stock control on Flipkart Seller Hub and Firstcry Seller Panel.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance product catalogs by updating images, descriptions, specifications, and attributes.
• Manage issues such as returns, cancellations, support tickets, disputes, and handle customer escalations professionally.
• Design, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns and promotional drives on Flipkart and Firstcry platforms.
• Regularly track seller performance indicators including scorecards, ratings, compliance, and account health.
• Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing, dispatch, and efficient returns handling.
• Plan and implement large-scale promotions like Big Billion Days, Big Shopping Days, and sales specific to Firstcry.
• Analyze weekly sales trends and marketplace dynamics to deliver insights aimed at boosting sales figures.
• Manage inventory for Flipkart Smart Fulfilment programs ensuring adequate stock levels.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of two years' practical experience with Flipkart Seller Hub is required.
• Proven record in managing seller accounts, product listings, and ad campaigns on Flipkart.
• Familiarity with Firstcry Seller Panel is highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of catalog management, category standards, and marketplace procedures.
• Competent in independently resolving returns, customer disputes, and support tickets.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of multitasking with minimal oversight.

Preferred Experience

• Simultaneous management experience of Flipkart and Firstcry marketplaces.
• Understanding of other platforms such as Myntra, Ajio, or Blinkit Seller Panels.
• Experience with Flipkart Assured or Smart Fulfilment programs is a plus.
