Role Overview and Responsibilities

  • Review daily event sheets with the Bell Captain to stay updated on guests and hotel activities.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel amenities, current promotions, and local events to provide accurate guest information.
  • Assist Valet Parkers by issuing valet tickets efficiently.
  • Manage traffic flow in hotel driveway areas, prioritizing safety at all times.
  • Collaborate with security staff to enforce safety regulations strictly.
  • Promptly and professionally handle guests’ luggage using proper and safe techniques.
  • Fill in for Bellmen duties when required, including retrieving and loading guest belongings from various vehicles and transporting luggage to the lobby using bell carts.

  • Positively address guest inquiries and requests.
