We are seeking a full-time Document Controller based in Belgrade, Serbia. This role involves managing project documentation meticulously to ensure smooth operations and achievement of milestones. You will collaborate closely with project management, technical teams, and external partners to maintain compliance with documentation standards and ensure timely delivery of documents to customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the Documentation Management Process and adhere to the project Documentation Management Plan (DMP).
  • Maintain uniformity in document formatting, including templates, references, and version control.
  • Assign proper references and ensure correct electronic file identification for all documents.
  • Record all technical and management documentation accurately within the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
  • Prepare and track document submissions destined for customers and partners.
  • Oversee validation workflows and verify compliance with project requirements.
  • Generate reports and monitor documentation indicators.
  • Manage storage and archival of project-related documents.
  • Propose improvements to documentation processes and organizational methods.

Candidate Profile

  • Passion and proactive attitude are highly valued beyond experience.
  • A degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience or understanding of documentation management processes and tools.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
  • Knowledge of document coding and naming conventions.
  • Having certifications in document control or related fields is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within diverse, cross-functional teams.
