Disponent (Full-Time) - Olpe

Overview

As a Disponent (m/f/d), you will be chiefly responsible for efficiently organizing staffing for our client assignments, balancing both customer demands and employee preferences. Your duties involve:

• Creating and managing work schedules for caregiving personnel.
• Taking into account the specific requirements of clients as well as employees' wishes.
• Contributing to planning employee training sessions and retention initiatives.
• Supporting administrative tasks, particularly payroll processing.
• Collaborating closely with our team to ensure high-quality care delivery.
