Role Overview

The Digital Designer role is dedicated to supporting QVC International by producing high-quality digital designs and promotional materials for QVC’s online channels, enhancing customer engagement and merchandising success.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid position requiring attendance at the Chiswick Park office in West London two days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling and brand-compliant graphic design and promotional content for QVC’s websites and mobile applications.
• Deliver accurate and prompt digital designs aligned with category merchandising goals to provide an excellent customer experience.
• Ensure approved digital assets are correctly aggregated, delivered, and uploaded across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with eCommerce, copywriting, and photography teams to create engaging content and acquire high-quality visual assets for interactive platforms.
• Manage multiple deadlines efficiently, adapt to urgent updates and production changes, and contribute to enhancing production workflows and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated expertise in digital design across various platforms, with fundamental web design skills.
• Proficient user of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator along with experience handling content management systems.
• Good understanding of web technologies, accessibility standards, and best usability practices.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and sustain high accuracy under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive positive attitude.
• Preferably holds a degree or equivalent qualification in graphic design or a related field.
