About the Role

Join Fuller, Smith & Turner as a Design Coordinator at their Kew Bridge, London location. This role offers a salary up to £45,000 per annum dependent on experience. We have been welcoming people into our distinct pubs and destination hotels for over 180 years, with our Estates team crucial in maintaining the exceptional look of each venue.

As a Design Coordinator, you will support various refurbishment projects from early concept phases through to installation, collaborating closely with the Design Manager. Your role is critical in bringing design projects to fruition, ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes through supplier management, maintaining project documentation, conducting site surveys, and assisting with installations. Responsibilities

• Assist in refurbishment and design initiatives across managed pubs and hotels.
• Create and support design materials like concepts, mood boards, and project timetables.
• Coordinate communication and scheduling with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Conduct site surveys, attend meetings, and support installation activities.
• Manage inventory stock levels and help in sourcing necessary products and materials.
• Enhance interior styling and support visual merchandising efforts.
• Handle urgent requests from pub teams promptly.
• Stay updated on current trends in hospitality and interior design.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are vital for liaising with various stakeholders and resolving issues effectively. A genuine passion for hospitality, interiors, or design is essential alongside a practical mindset and readiness to visit multiple sites across the estate.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Previous experience in project coordination or supporting project execution.
• Familiarity with interiors, building layouts, or refurbishment processes.
• Passion for design with enthusiasm for shaping inviting hospitality spaces.
• Experience liaising with suppliers and product sourcing.
• Proficiency with IT tools and basic CAD knowledge.
