Role Overview

As a Deployment Coordinator (also called Deployment Operations Representative), you will manage the process that helps farmers implement Halter’s technology on their farms. Your role involves turning complex installations into smooth, well-organized experiences, liaising closely with internal Launch and Customer Success teams and third-party contractors, and providing direct support to farmers during deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external contractors to schedule installation activities across various customer farms.
• Maintain strong relationships with contractors to ensure timely and quality delivery of work.
• Perform radio modelling analysis on farms to develop installation plans and clearly communicate these plans to customers.
• Engage regularly with customers to address inquiries and keep them informed throughout the deployment process.
• Support the wider Launch team in achieving deployment targets and deadlines.

Candidate Profile

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities enabling effective planning and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Curiosity about programming, coding, or technical problem-solving with a willingness to learn and delve into technical details.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate coordination between teams and contractors across regions.
• High attention to detail ensuring that contractor and casual employee work meets quality standards and timelines.
• A proactive approach with a tendency to identify process improvements and take initiative to implement them.
• Preferred experience includes geospatial/mapping, and basic familiarity with Linux, Python, or Photoshop, though not mandatory.
