Key Responsibilities

• Actively source and engage with talent in Data and AI fields such as Data Engineers, Analysts, Architects, and Consultants.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process including outreach, submission, interview preparation, feedback, and offer negotiation.
• Create and maintain robust talent pools to facilitate quick placements across various ongoing roles.
• Develop trusted relationships with clients and hiring managers to support recruitment efforts.
• Identify business opportunities during candidate interactions and relay them to the sales team.
• Pursue Databricks certification to enhance domain expertise.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of two years of recruitment delivery experience.
• Outstanding communication skills with proven ability to deliver excellent candidate and client experiences.
• Self-driven and comfortable managing responsibilities independently in a remote work setting.
• Commercially aware and inquisitive with an aptitude for recognizing opportunities within conversations.
• Experience recruiting for Data technologies such as Databricks, Azure, AWS, GCP, Fabric, and Snowflake is advantageous.
• Familiarity with international recruitment, especially UK markets, is preferred.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, JobServe, or Bullhorn is beneficial.

Compensation and Working Conditions

• Monthly salary ranging from R28000 to R36500.
• Competitive commission system based on placement fees:
  • £350 for placements under £8000
  • £550 for placements between £8000 and £15000
  • £700 for placements above £15000
  • Additional £1500 bonus for achieving 3 or more placements in a calendar month.
• Typical working hours align approximately with 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM UK time, with flexible arrangements possible.
• Mainly focused on the UK market with expanding opportunities towards the US.
