About the Role
We are looking for a proficient Cybersecurity Access Control Specialist to join our security team at Cipher in Riyadh. This role involves managing identity and access controls, administering privileged access solutions such as CyberArk, and ensuring all access operations meet strict cybersecurity and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems within enterprise environments to maintain secure user access.
- Grant, adjust, or revoke access permissions in accordance with established access control policies.
- Deploy, sustain, and support Privileged Access Management (PAM) frameworks, specifically including CyberArk implementations.
- Perform regular user access audits and lead certification campaigns to ensure access appropriateness.
- Continuously monitor privileged accounts to enforce the principle of least privilege and mitigate risks.
- Provide necessary documentation and evidence to support both internal and external audit processes regarding access controls.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Security, and business units to enforce secure access measures and enhance identity governance.
- Resolve IAM related technical issues promptly while maintaining high service standards.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management or Access Control domains.
- Practical experience with enterprise IAM and PAM solutions.

- Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)
- CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer
- One Identity Certified Engineer
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
