About the Role
Join EGYM's North American Customer Success Team as a Customer Training Manager where you will play a key role in enabling customers to maximize their use of EGYM’s innovative fitness technology through effective training of their in-house teams. This position requires a customer-focused communicator who thrives on engagement and creativity, delivering high-standard training programs across the region remotely and on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective training and onboarding strategies for EGYM's product ecosystem, supporting sales, implementation, and customer support units.
- Create scalable, comprehensive training materials and programs aimed at fostering growth in the North American market.
- Conduct on-site coaching for customer leadership and facility team members, ensuring clear understanding and utilization of EGYM products.
- Collaborate with sales and event teams to support demonstrations, trade shows, concept training courses, and other training events.
- Work alongside Eduportal and Content Management teams to develop, update, and manage e-learning content effectively.
- Deliver remote training sessions through phone and video conferencing across various customer organization levels.
- Evaluate training effectiveness by assessing performance impacts and customer satisfaction.
- Generate analytics reports for the Training Department and share relevant insights with the Customer Success team.
- Prepare internal and external training summaries and identify areas for training delivery improvement.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum two years of industry experience as a Certified Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Athletic Trainer, or equivalent within the fitness sector.
- Proven experience with curriculum development, interactive learning activities, and knowledge of Learning Management Software is preferred.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, with strong skills in time management, prioritization, coaching, and presenting.
- Highly organized, motivated, and results-driven mindset focused on customer satisfaction and success.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and adapt resourcefully in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 75%, including domestic and international trips; possession and maintenance of a valid passport is required.
- Preference for candidates based in the Southern United States with travel experience for prior positions.
Initial Objectives (First 6 Months)
- Attain full mastery of the EGYM product line, achieving internal certification across all hardware, software, and user applications.
- Independently manage the full cycle of preparation, training implementation, and execution of at least three on-site coaching sessions with client staff.
- Work closely with sales and events departments to prepare thoroughly for trade shows, demo events, and concept training courses.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range between $60,000 and $75,000.
