About the Role
31West Global Services is hiring customer support professionals for a US voice BPO process. This is a permanent work-from-home opportunity focused on inbound support for US customers during night shift hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers based in the US.
- Offer clear, accurate, and timely resolutions to customer queries and concerns.
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction scores.
- Record updates properly and follow the required operating procedures.
Candidate Profile
- Candidates must have 2 to 4 years of experience in a US voice BPO process.
- Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in a US inbound voice environment as mentioned in the hiring note.
- Strong spoken English is mandatory.
- A personal laptop and reliable Wi-Fi connection are required.
- This role requires working 6 days a week with rotational weekly offs.
- Freshers are not eligible, and candidates with career gaps are also not preferred.
