Role Overview and Working Hours

• Monday: 10:30 AM - 5:45 PM
• Tuesday: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 5:45 PM
• Thursday: 11:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• Sunday: 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Providing counter assistance concerning payment queries, including hire purchases and credit applications.
• Handling inquiries related to service repairs and sales.
• Proactively managing and resolving customer complaints and issues.
• Carrying out various administrative duties to support daily operations.

Person Specification

This position suits individuals with excellent interpersonal capabilities and the ability to maintain composure when faced with challenging situations. The role involves frequent telephone communication with customers and diverse administrative responsibilities, demanding a friendly and clear communication style both verbally and in writing. A willingness and aptitude to quickly master computer systems alongside a strong interest in technology are essential attributes.
