Customer Service Representative

Overview

Become part of the world's leading pizza company by joining our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role offers flexible part-time hours and involves various responsibilities related to food preparation, customer interaction, and store maintenance.

Primary Duties

• Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to company standards.
• Operate ovens and manage cooking times efficiently.
• Take customer orders and provide assistance as needed.
• Prepare products for busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and the store on a daily basis.

Physical Demands

This role involves several physical tasks including:

• Standing for the majority of shifts on ceramic tile or linoleum floors with work surface heights ranging from 4" to 36".
• Walking short distances periodically during the workday.
• Sitting occasionally to complete paperwork at a desk or table.
• Lifting and unloading bulk deliveries using hand trucks; items may weigh up to 50 pounds and be stacked as high as 72" on shelves.
• Carrying large cans (~3.4 pounds) from workstations to shelves; occasionally transporting 30-pound pizza sauce containers and trays of dough weighing approximately 12 pounds each over short distances.
• Pushing and pulling trays on dollies requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force.
• Infrequent climbing of stairs or ladders for maintenance or adjusting signs.
• Frequent bending and stooping during pizza assembly and stocking duties, usually in intervals lasting 30 to 45 seconds, repeated throughout the day.
• Occasional squatting or crouching to access lower shelves or clean low-lying areas.
• Continuous reaching movements in multiple directions, including occasionally reaching above 72" for oven controls or signage.
• Constant hand use requiring good eye-hand coordination for tasks such as shaping dough, using pizza cutters and peels, assembling pizza boxes, and handling phones and other tools.
• Use of various tools and equipment including pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutters, and pizza peels.
