Compensation and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with the check-in process.
- Support self-serve kiosk operations for efficient service.
- Prepare aircraft to ensure timely departures.
- Manage the boarding and deplaning procedures smoothly.
- Welcome arriving passengers warmly.
- Adhere to airline-specific check-in policies and protocols.
- Collaborate positively with airline crew members.
- Enforce airline and airport regulations courteously with passengers.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in a customer-facing role with demonstrated excellence.
- Proven punctuality and reliability, recognizing that timeliness is crucial in airline service.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Strong communication skills in individual and group interactions; comfortable using computers and software applications.
- Possession or pursuit of a Travel and Tourism Diploma, Marketing Diploma, or Business Diploma.
- Previous airport experience is advantageous.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, daytime, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to meet necessary employment conditions, including:
- Obtaining a Restricted Area pass issued by Transport Canada.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
