Role Overview

Join the remarkable team behind two of New Zealand's premier adventure experiences at Shotover Jet and Dart River Adventures. This full-time position, based mainly in Queenstown with occasional shifts in Glenorchy, focuses on delivering exceptional service to guests and helping create unforgettable memories.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bookings and reservations efficiently for visitors.
• Support retail and photography sales operations.
• Provide welcoming and professional customer interactions at all times.
• Communicate the organization's stories and values passionately to guests.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service and a genuine love for engaging with people.
• Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within a team and maintain composure under pressure.
• Physically fit and vigilant with a strong focus on safety.
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
• Possession of a full driver's licence, with P-Endorsement preferred or willingness to acquire.
• A keen interest in learning about Ngāi Tahu culture, reo Māori language, and tikanga.
• Enjoyment of outdoor work in a lively and changing environment.
