Position Summary

The role of Crewing Officer, based in Al Khobar, is a contractual on-site opportunity responsible for organizing crew assignments for vessels. This includes managing crew schedules, recruitment efforts, and ensuring adherence to maritime regulations. The officer will coordinate crew activities, work closely with multiple stakeholders, and verify that crew certifications and documentation remain current. Additional duties encompass overseeing crew welfare, transportation logistics, and onboarding procedures.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in overseeing crew management and crewing operations
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders
• Knowledge of operations and ship management practices
• Understanding of maritime industry standards, legal requirements, and regulations
• A proactive mindset toward troubleshooting and decision making
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred
• Prior exposure to offshore or marine sectors is beneficial
