Responsibilities

• Passionately prepare food, BBQ, and kitchen dishes ensuring you understand ingredients and taste before serving.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of our menu items and deliver top-quality dishes consistently.
• Adhere to kitchen standards, comply with Timberjacks’ guidelines, HACCP quality, hygiene regulations, and safety standards.
• Manage food preparation including both the setup and cleanup tasks efficiently.
