About the Role
Yamama Cement is seeking a motivated Contracts Specialist to join their team in the Riyadh Region. This position is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates with legal education who are eager to start a career focused on contracts and corporate legal matters.
Primary Duties
- Assist in drafting and reviewing various contracts and legal agreements.
- Evaluate contractual terms to ensure legal compliance.
- Support preparation and handling of contract amendments and associated documentation.
- Track contract statuses along with their expiration and renewal timelines.
- Maintain organized records of contracts and related documents.
- Generate simple reports related to contracts and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill contract-related obligations.
- Provide assistance in contract correspondence and documentation tasks.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Open to fresh graduates with no prior work experience.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Good skills in legal drafting and professional writing.
- High attention to detail paired with excellent organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and proactive follow-up skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Office tools.
