About the Role

Yamama Cement is seeking a motivated Contracts Specialist to join their team in the Riyadh Region. This position is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates with legal education who are eager to start a career focused on contracts and corporate legal matters.

Primary Duties

• Assist in drafting and reviewing various contracts and legal agreements.
• Evaluate contractual terms to ensure legal compliance.
• Support preparation and handling of contract amendments and associated documentation.
• Track contract statuses along with their expiration and renewal timelines.
• Maintain organized records of contracts and related documents.
• Generate simple reports related to contracts and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill contract-related obligations.
• Provide assistance in contract correspondence and documentation tasks.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Open to fresh graduates with no prior work experience.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Good skills in legal drafting and professional writing.
• High attention to detail paired with excellent organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and proactive follow-up skills.
• Competent in Microsoft Office tools.
