Content Marketer (f/m/x) - AI-First

About the Role

Join doinstruct, a company dedicated to developing software that supports frontline teams in factories, logistics, and service sectors—groups often hard to engage through typical Learning & Development programs. Our typical clients include manufacturers, industrial operators, and traditional enterprise organizations. This role is hands-on, requiring native-level proficiency in German and strong working English skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop insightful and compelling content, including blog posts, case studies, landing pages, and white papers, aimed at educating our audience and driving customer acquisition.
• Collaborate closely with internal experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Design storytelling concepts and manage external partners for video production and other multimedia content.
• Integrate AI technologies into the content creation workflow to enhance speed and quality.
• Build and maintain a consistent brand voice across all content, ensuring differentiation in the market.
• Plan and produce content optimized for traditional search engines and AI-powered platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
• Create primarily German-language content, also producing English translations, and support broader marketing copy needs including campaigns and sales materials.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in professional content creation with a portfolio demonstrating your work.
• A journalistic approach with the ability to interview and extract valuable insights from subject matter experts.
• Fluency in German, with professional writing and speaking capabilities; proficient in English for collaboration and presentations.
• Experience adapting content workflows to incorporate AI tools for research, drafting, ideation, and multilingual content production.
• Bonus: Familiarity with frontline, industrial, or blue-collar audiences and their operational priorities.

• Within 12 months: Develop a scalable content engine that treats AI answer engines equally with traditional search, with measurable effects on revenue.
