Position Summary
The Concierge acts as the initial point of contact for employees, visitors, candidates, clients, and partners, ensuring a superior hospitality experience while facilitating daily workplace operations. As an integral part of Facilities & Office Services and Workplace Experience teams, the Concierge upholds company culture by delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining office readiness, coordinating services, and supporting employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties and be the face of the workplace by greeting all visitors and employees warmly and professionally.
- Operate visitor registration systems, ensure compliance with security measures, issue badges, and notify hosts of arrivals.
- Deliver hospitality services by anticipating needs, arranging refreshments, maintaining hospitality stations, and supporting inclusive workplace environments.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding with orientation and workspace preparation, manage workplace communications, and support recognition and engagement programs.
- Ensure workplace functionality through office walkthroughs, reporting maintenance issues, and assisting with workspace setups.
- Provide logistical support for meetings and events including room preparation, catering coordination, audiovisual support, and visitor welcome.
- Enhance visitor and candidate experiences by escorting guests, managing parking and transportation where applicable, supporting security compliance, and collecting feedback.
- Oversee office services such as mail, courier, deliveries, supply requests, locker assignments, lost and found, and workplace reservations.
- Serve as an information hub for workplace announcements, emergency communications, signage, and employee inquiries, coordinating escalation as needed.
- Coordinate with multiple vendors and building management to maintain high-quality workplace services and address issues promptly.
- Support workplace health, safety, and security by ensuring protocol adherence, emergency support, and incident coordination.
- Assist Facilities & Workplace Experience teams with administrative duties including recordkeeping, tracking requests, preparing reports, and supporting audits.
- Drive continuous improvements by proposing service enhancements, gathering feedback, and promoting hospitality best practices.
- Plan and execute employee engagement events, wellness programs, and town halls while managing logistics and vendor relations within budget.

Qualifications
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communications, or related disciplines.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in hospitality, concierge, executive reception, customer service, or workplace experience.
- Preferred experience in corporate, technology, or premium service environments.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, AI tools, Microsoft Office, Slack, and visitor management systems.
