Role Overview

As a Community Operations Coordinator, you will be the primary welcoming face for members and visitors at AstroLabs' main reception. Your role encompasses delivering exemplary customer service, resolving member issues swiftly, identifying business leads through interactions, and connecting potential clients to our sales and business teams. Moreover, you will ensure that the workspace is maintained to the highest standards and will coordinate with partners, vendors, members, and internal staff by providing essential administrative and operational assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the smooth functioning of front desk operations and daily space management.
  • Greet members, prospective clients, and guests warmly and professionally.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person; manage deliveries, appointments, and special requests.
