Commercial Analyst, Enterprise

About the Team

We are seeking an Associate to join the Enterprise team, providing support to Enterprise Account Managers in managing day-to-day analytics, reporting, and operational activities for our key restaurant partners across Australia and New Zealand.

Role Overview

The Enterprise team focuses on shaping the strategic development of major restaurant merchants in Australia and New Zealand. As a fast-paced organization, we desire a candidate who is adaptable, diligent, collaborative, critical thinking, organised, and an optimistic problem solver. This position involves assisting Enterprise Account Managers with data analysis, reporting, operational workflows, and cross-functional projects that transform data into actionable commercial insights for expanding our largest restaurant collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage client reporting and dashboards by converting raw data into meaningful actionable insights that drive commercial decisions.
• Develop data-driven analyses, presentations, and recommendations to aid business reviews, joint planning, and commercial contract negotiations.
• Lead end-to-end operational workflows including menu optimization, project planning, store onboardings, ownership transitions, merchant marketing initiatives, and custom reports.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and analytics teams to resolve challenges and keep projects progressing for clients.
• Assist Enterprise Account Managers in managing and growing top restaurant partnerships and prepare for merchant meetings and conferences across the region.

Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years experience in dynamic settings such as management consulting, technology, FMCG, commercial or category management, account management, or analytics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to establish structure autonomously in fast-moving environments without predefined guidelines.
• Relationship-oriented with a passion for client interaction and building lasting partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills, proficient with spreadsheets and BI tools to convert data into clear commercial insights.
• Excellent communication skills that present information clearly and facilitate stakeholder action.
• Proactive ownership of tasks by identifying problems and seeing solutions through independently.
• Hardworking and detail-focused, able to engage deeply with both big-picture and detailed aspects.
• Commercially knowledgeable, understanding key concepts such as margin, commission, and return on investment.
