About the Role
This role involves supervising battery charging zones to ensure batteries are adequately charged and ready for use in operational activities. The commander will be responsible for maintaining coordination between battery storage and field teams, ensuring a smooth workflow for battery movement and replacement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and control battery charging areas to guarantee continuous availability of charged batteries.
- Collaborate closely with field personnel to facilitate timely battery relocation and swapping.
- Maintain comprehensive records and prepare basic reports related to charging station operations.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and operational procedures within the charging zones.
Candidate Requirements
- Educational qualification: minimum completion of 10th grade or intermediate level education.
- Prior experience in any field operations is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Should be responsible and willing to work onsite in field environments.
Compensation
- Fixed monthly take-home salary of ₹18,000.
- Additional monthly incentive amounting to ₹2,000, provided separately.
