Collections Executive

About the Role

DPDzero Technologies is seeking experienced Collections Executives to join our Fintech team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidates will have a background in debt collection and managing Non-Performing Assets (NPA) in accordance with company policies and RBI regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to customers regarding recovery of loans and overdue payments.
• Manage NPA accounts following guidelines set by the company and RBI.
• Negotiate settlements with customers and update payment information accurately in the system.
• Maintain detailed records of calls and follow-up interactions with customers.
• Strive to meet monthly collection targets consistently.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience of 6 months to 3 years in collections or recovery, preferably within Fintech or NBFC sectors.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications.
