Position Overview
Arreva seeks a proactive and relationship-oriented Client Success Manager to enhance and grow our valuable client partnerships. This role focuses on strategic, metric-driven success, ensuring clients maximize value from the ExceedFurther platform and improve their fundraising, donor engagement, and operational efficiency.
The Client Success Manager is a trusted advisor, guiding nonprofit organizations toward achieving measurable success, with key performance indicators including client retention, product usage, executive involvement, satisfaction, growth opportunities, and advocacy. Regular client interactions should provide actionable insights or recommendations to help raise funds, enhance efficiency, or better engage donors.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams, this position aims to strengthen client relationships and foster long-term collaboration.
About Arreva
Arreva is a mission-driven SaaS provider dedicated to empowering nonprofits through innovative software solutions. Our flagship product, ExceedFurther, delivers a unique all-in-one platform combining fundraising, donor relationship management, healthcare hospitality, volunteer coordination, grant and event management, auctions, peer-to-peer fundraising, and online giving— all unified in a single database.
Thousands of nonprofits trust Arreva to streamline their operations, deepen donor connections, and boost fundraising results.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary strategic advisor for assigned nonprofit client accounts.
- Build trusted partnerships with key leaders such as Executive Directors, CEOs, Development Directors, Foundation officers, and volunteer managers.
- Conduct ongoing proactive outreach year-round, not just before contract renewals.
- Understand clients’ fundraising ambitions, challenges, and strategic priorities to create tailored annual success plans that align with Arreva’s solutions.
- Advise clients with innovative fundraising ideas, best practices, and software recommendations.
- Lead Weekly and Monthly Business Reviews with executives to assess fundraising performance, introduce new product features, and discuss trends and success stories from comparable organizations.
- Monitor overall client health by tracking usage, executive engagement, satisfaction, renewal readiness, adoption, support tickets, organizational changes, and risk factors.
- Develop and implement action plans for clients at risk of churn well ahead of renewal dates, maintaining a structured 90-day renewal engagement process.
- Serve as a nonprofit fundraising consultant to assist in donor acquisition and retention, recurring gifts growth, stewardship, peer-to-peer and event fundraising expansion, volunteer participation, AI and automation utilization, reporting enhancements, and fundraising efficiencies.
- Master all aspects of the ExceedFurther platform and proactively promote adoption of modules including online giving, events, peer-to-peer and team fundraising, volunteer and grant management, auctions, healthcare hospitality, SMS texting, marketing automation, custom websites, online consulting, and analytics dashboards.
- Provide product demonstrations, educational training, and workflow optimizations tailored to client needs rather than sales targets.
- Build long-term client advocates by generating referrals, collecting testimonials, coordinating success stories, encouraging reviews, recruiting webinar participants, identifying conference speakers, and publicizing client achievements through marketing channels.
- Collaborate closely across departments—Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Development—to ensure client feedback shapes future products and delivers a seamless client experience.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation in Salesforce and HubSpot, including client health metrics, executive contacts, meeting notes, action plans, renewal timelines, expansion opportunities, adoption tracking, and follow-up tasks.
- Ensure precise forecasting and activity reporting.
Success Performance Metrics
- Client Retention: achieve above 90% annual renewal rate, minimize churn, and maintain accurate renewal forecasting.
- Client Engagement: conduct quarterly outreach to all assigned clients, complete regular business reviews, cultivate executive relationships, and improve client health scores.
- Product Adoption: increase usage across ExceedFurther modules, deliver client educational sessions, and drive growth in assigned accounts.
- Client Advocacy: secure referrals, testimonials, industry reviews, webinar participation, and develop reference clients.
- Expansion Revenue: identify and manage growth opportunities such as additional platform modules, custom websites, auction software, professional services, training, healthcare hospitality, and event staffing.
- CRM Excellence: update Salesforce and HubSpot daily, maintain accurate documentation and forecasting, and complete timely follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Customer Success, SaaS, or nonprofit technology sectors.

- Results-focused mindset with strong accountability.
- Preferred: experience with nonprofit organizations, fundraising, donor management, or nonprofit operations; familiarity with fundraising or SaaS software.
Benefits
- Fully employer-paid Medical, Dental & Vision insurance.
- Ten paid holidays annually.
- Paid sick leave and vacation time.
- 401(k) retirement savings plan.
- Fully remote working environment.
- Supportive and positive company culture.
