Job Overview
DMN Outsourcing Private Limited is looking to hire a Client Relationship Executive based in Kolkata or elsewhere in West Bengal. This role focuses primarily on expanding international business by utilizing LinkedIn as the key platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business leads and secure clients via LinkedIn
- Identify and connect with owners of international Call Centers and BPO companies
- Effectively pitch data services targeting UK, US, and Australia markets
- Demonstrate the quality of data and explain service offerings clearly
- Persuade prospects and successfully close business deals
- Coordinate internally or independently to finalize agreements
- Gather official contact information from clients
- Communicate strictly through the company's official WhatsApp number using company devices
Marketing & Promotion Duties
- Post company-provided graphic content on LinkedIn with suitable captions
- Maintain consistent promotion of company services via LinkedIn
- Send targeted connection requests exclusively to verified Call Center and BPO owners
- Build and nurture a robust LinkedIn professional network
Clientele
The company's clients originate from a diverse range of locations including across India, the United Kingdom, South Africa, the Philippines, and various other international regions.
Additional Information
- A LinkedIn profile is mandatory to apply and function in this role, as it is central to client acquisition.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in Kolkata and throughout West Bengal.
