Role Overview
We are looking for a Client Engagement Intern to work in our New York office reporting to the Client Engagement Senior Manager. This role focuses on supporting the planning and execution of store events and client engagement projects through coordination, research, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop proposals, create event timelines, and draft evite requests for store events and client engagement initiatives.
- Compile post-event reports and conduct analysis to support sales and client strategies.
- Assist with event logistics coordination, including catering, models, hair and makeup, sample management, and gifting.
- Conduct research on market trends and competitive events to inform strategy.
- Support invoicing and budget management activities.
- Provide on-site assistance during events, such as managing check-in and model fittings.
Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity and help establish structures for new processes.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Enrolled in college or university.
- Available to work on-site at least 2-3 days per week.
Additional Information
