Role Overview

The Cleaner position involves executing thorough cleaning assignments that include move-in and move-out cleaning, vacant unit turnover, along with regular housekeeping tasks in occupied residences. Each cleaner will travel directly to the designated locations and work autonomously to guarantee properties meet established cleaning standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive move-in and move-out cleaning for rental properties
• Conduct in-depth turnover cleaning for vacant units such as apartments and houses
• Provide routine housekeeping in homes currently occupied as needed
• Clean various areas including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, floors, and commonly used surfaces
• Carry out detailed cleaning duties like wiping baseboards, interior cabinet spaces, and appliance interiors
• Utilize a mobile work application to receive tasks, follow instructions, use GPS navigation, upload images, and update work progress
• Examine cleaning quality before departure to ensure compliance with company standards
• Report any property damages, maintenance issues, or spots that are difficult to clean effectively
• Travel between job locations using a personal vehicle

Requirements

• At least two years of compensated experience in professional cleaning
• Capability to conduct both move-in/move-out and regular housekeeping cleaning
• Possession of a dependable vehicle for traveling to appointments and carrying cleaning materials
• Ownership of necessary cleaning supplies and equipment for residential tasks
• Having a compatible smartphone able to run mobile work apps, use GPS, take clear photos, read job instructions, and submit status updates
• Comfortable cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, cabinets, appliances, and other intricate areas
• Ability to work independently and follow cleaning guidelines precisely
• Basic proficiency in English communication
• Reliable, punctual, and able to meet GPS-verified arrival times
