Job Overview

The position involves a variety of cleaning tasks including move-in and move-out cleaning, vacant unit turnovers, and routine housekeeping for inhabited homes. Cleaners will travel independently to scheduled sites and are responsible for thoroughly cleaning each property to the standards set by the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute move-in and move-out cleaning services on residential rental units
• Perform comprehensive turnover cleaning for vacant apartments and houses
• Offer regular housekeeping when assigned to occupied residences
• Clean all major areas including kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, floors, and common surfaces
• Carry out detailed cleaning tasks like baseboards, cabinet interiors, and appliances
• Utilize a mobile work application for assignments, instructions, GPS navigation, photo uploads, and updating job status
• Conduct self-inspections to ensure cleaning meets prescribed company standards
• Communicate any property damages or maintenance issues observed during cleaning
• Travel independently between cleaning assignments using personal vehicle

Mandatory Requirements

• At least two years of paid experience in professional cleaning
• Confidence in performing both move-in/move-out and routine housekeeping cleaning
• Possession of a reliable personal vehicle to transport self and cleaning equipment between job locations
• Own all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment needed for residential cleaning tasks
• Have a compatible smartphone to run a work app, utilizing GPS, capturing clear photos, following instructions, and submitting updates
• Comfortable cleaning detailed areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, cabinets, and appliances
• Capable of independent work while adhering to provided cleaning directions
• Basic proficiency in English communication
• Reliability and punctuality with use of GPS-confirmed arrival times
