Role Overview

The position involves performing a mix of move-in cleaning, move-out cleaning, vacant unit turnover cleanup, and routine housekeeping services in occupied homes. Cleaners will travel individually to assigned locations and independently ensure each property is cleaned thoroughly and up to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct move-in and move-out cleans for residential rental units
• Carry out thorough turnover cleaning in vacant apartments and houses
• Provide regular housekeeping services as needed in currently occupied residences
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, floors, and other common areas
• Perform detailed cleaning tasks, including baseboards, interiors of cabinets, and appliances
• Utilize a mobile work application to receive assignments, access instructions, navigate via GPS, upload photographic evidence, and update job statuses
• Inspect completed work to confirm it adheres to company quality standards
• Report any property damage, maintenance issues, or areas that cannot be sufficiently cleaned
• Use own vehicle to travel between cleaning appointments

Mandatory Requirements

• At least two years of compensated professional cleaning experience
• Proficient and at ease in performing both move-in/move-out and routine housekeeping cleaning
• Possession of a reliable personal vehicle for traveling to appointments and transporting cleaning supplies
• Ownership of personal cleaning supplies and equipment necessary for residential cleaning tasks
• Have a personal, capable smartphone for running a mobile work application, utilizing GPS, capturing photos, reading instructions, and submitting job updates
• Comfortable cleaning various areas including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, cabinets, and appliances
• Ability to work independently and follow cleaning guidelines thoroughly
• Basic proficiency in English communication
• Dependable, punctual, and accustomed to GPS-verified arrival times
