Job Responsibilities

• Perform thorough move-in and move-out cleaning for residential rental homes.
• Conduct detailed turnover cleaning for vacant apartments and houses.
• Deliver routine housekeeping services in occupied dwellings as needed.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, floors, and shared surfaces.
• Complete specialized tasks such as cleaning baseboards, inside cabinets, and appliances.
• Use a mobile work application to receive assignments, view instructions, navigate using GPS, upload photographs, and update job statuses.
• Inspect cleanliness before finishing each task to ensure adherence to company quality standards.
• Report property damages, maintenance issues, or sections that cannot be cleaned properly.
• Drive between scheduled cleaning sites using your own vehicle.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of paid experience in professional cleaning roles.
• Ability to handle both turnover and regular housekeeping tasks confidently.
• Own a dependable vehicle for traveling to appointments and transporting cleaning materials.
• Possess personal cleaning supplies and equipment necessary for residential cleaning assignments.
• Have a smartphone suited to operate a mobile work app, including GPS features, photo capturing, instruction reading, and submitting updates.
• Comfortable cleaning detailed areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, cabinets, and appliances.
• Capable of working independently and following detailed instructions.
• Basic proficiency in English communication.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable adhering to GPS-confirmed arrival times.
